1. General Terms

• This platform is owned and managed by PYS FOUNDATION.

• By accessing or using our app, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

  PYS Foundation is a Section 8 Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, all donations or contributions received through our payment gateway shall be applied solely towards the promotion and furtherance of the charitable objects of the Company, including its non-profit programs, welfare activities, and operational requirements incidental to such objectives. The Company shall utilize the donated funds in compliance with applicable laws of India and in accordance with its Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association. Donors acknowledge and agree that the Company shall have the sole discretion to allocate and utilize donations for any of its approved charitable purposes and activities in furtherance of its Section 8 objectives.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to make payments or donations.

• If a user is under 18, the activity must be done under parent/guardian supervision.

• Users must provide correct personal details like name, mobile number, email, and address.

3. Donations Policy

• Donations are voluntary and used for charitable/non-profit causes.

• Donations once made are non-refundable.

• Donors must ensure the selected cause and amount are correct before payment.

• If the payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be handled as per payment gateway/bank timelines.

4. Donation Receipt / Tax Benefit (If Applicable)

• Donation receipts will be provided through email or download pdf confirmation.

• Donor must provide valid PAN No. & other details for accuracy of receipt 

• Tax benefits depend on government laws and donor eligibility.

• Incorrect details provided by the donor may result in receipt issues, and the organization will not be responsible.

5. Event Enrollment Terms

• Users can register/enroll for events through the platform.

• Some events may be free, while some may have registration fees.

• Event admin reserves the right to deny or approve the entry to registered participants.

• Event enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable).

• Event schedules, venue, or timing may change due to unavoidable reasons.

6. Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If an event is cancelled by the organization, refunds may be processed (if applicable).

• If the user cancels or does not attend, the registration amount is non-refundable.

• Refund timelines depend on payment gateway and banking process.

7. Book Purchase Terms

• Users can purchase books from this App

• Prices shown are final unless mentioned otherwise.

  Return / Exchange Policy

• Once a book is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Once the book is purchased and delivered, it will not be returnable under any circumstances.

• No refund will be given after purchase.

• Users must confirm product details before placing the order.

8. Delivery Policy (For Books)

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.

• We are not responsible for courier delays caused by external reasons.

• Incorrect address details entered by the user may result in failed delivery.

9. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

• We do not store credit/debit card details.

• Any extra charges by bank/payment gateway are the responsibility of the user.

• The organization is not responsible for unauthorized transactions due to user negligence.

10. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Misuse the platform for illegal activities

• Provide false information

• Attempt hacking or system misuse

• Use abusive or harmful content

Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, logo, images, videos, text, and platform design belong to Perfecting Youth Solution 

• Copying or reusing content without permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• User data is collected only for donation, event registration, communication, and delivery purposes.

• We do not sell or share personal information except as required for service delivery (courier/payment gateway).

13. Communication Consent

• By using the platform, users agree to receive email/WhatsApp updates regarding donations, events, and purchases.

• Promotional messages can be opted out, but transactional messages will still be sent.

14. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect losses due to:

  • Event changes or cancellations

  • Payment gateway failure

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect details submitted by the user

15. Third-Party Services

• Our platform may contain links or services from third parties.

• We are not responsible for third-party policies or actions.

16. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms anytime without prior notice.

• Continued usage of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

• These Terms will be governed under the laws of  India

• Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad Gujarat courts.
