Donors acknowledge and agree that the Company shall have the sole discretion to allocate and utilize donations for any of its approved charitable purposes and activities in furtherance of its Section 8 objectives.

2. Refund & Cancellation
- Donations Refund Policy
All donations made to PYS Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
Donors are requested to verify the donation amount and selected cause before completing the transaction.
- Event Registration / Enrollment Cancellation Policy
Event registration fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.
If a user cancels their registration or does not attend the event, no refund will be provided.
Event registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
